Dr. David B. Foy was born and raised in Chicago and attended Palatine High School. He started his college journey at the University of Iowa, but decided to return to Chicago to avoid paying high out of state tuition fees. He finished off his B.S in Biology at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. Once done with his B.S he took his MCAT test for medical school. In 1992 he was accepted to Dr. William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and achieved his D.P.M in 1996.
Dr. Foy enjoyed being a foot and ankle physician, but found himself wanting to treat the whole patient and all their ailments. He decided to apply for Osteopathic Medical School at Midwestern in Chicago and was accepted in 1996. He attended Midwestern in Glendale AZ and achieved his D.O degree in medicine in 2000.
He started his professional career as a physician after medical school while doing his Family Practice Residency in Knoxville Tennessee from 2000 to 2003. He became Board Certified in Family Practice that same year and returned to AZ to practice medicine for John C. Lincoln Urgent Care. He practiced at JCL Urgent Care for 5 years where he and Dr. Willden initially met.
In 2010 he and Dr. Brett Willden joined forces to establish Choice Medical Walk-In where his professional interest is now focused on providing the highest quality care for his patients.
